Below are certain Terms and Conditions for all bookings whether generated through our website, OTAs, Whatsapp, Agents etc and travellers are requested to please go through the same

Check in & Check out Time:

Standard Check In Time: 2 PM onwards, early check in can be offered subject to availability

Standard Check out Time: 11 AM, late check outs will be subjec to additional charges

Luggage storage wherever possible will be provided free of charge

Security Refundable Deposit:

All Villa bookings require a security refundable deposit varying between Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 to be paid on Check in, the same is returned back to the customer within a period of 24 hours post check out after the property has been checked by our staff for any damage. In case of any damages, the same are to be reimbursed on actuals from the above deposit and in case the damage exceeds the refundable deposit amount, then the same is to be paid by the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non refundable in nature unless mentioned otherwise. In exigent circumstances we can offer a credit voucher that is valid for 60 days and can be used at any of our properties subject to availability and subject to a prior intimation of atleast 2 weeks.

General Rules & Guidelines:

• Our properties are non smoking and we do not permit smoking indoors, smoking in balconies, open areas or terrace is permissible
• We request you to keep music levels at acceptable levels post 9 30 PM, this is in line with rules of operation and expect that guests will abide by the same
• Usage of any banned substances is strictly prohibited and can lead to penalties as well as formal police complaints
• Our company does not take any responsibility for valuables, cash or other assets owned by travellers, while our properties are perfectly safe and our staff is highly trained, you are requested to please take care of your belongings at all times.

• Properties with a private or shared pool come without any lifeguard assistance, consequently, we request you to be very careful when utilising the swimming pools, specially in case of kids and children
• Children below the age of 14 are not permitted to use the pools without adult supervision
• Govt approved IDs including Aadhars, DL, Passports or Voter Ids are required to be submitted for each guest staying at any property
• Any activity which is described as illegal within Indian law will be dealt accordingly
• Right of admission is exclusively reserved with our company
